CONDITIONS

• You must be an active patreon member to get the 15% off discount. If you join for a short time and cancel your membership after using the discount it does not count. You must use the discount before cancelling your membership.

• 15% off discount is only for members who join the Waitress Nami Tier or the Bonny Nami Tier at my Patreon.

• This discount applies on all commission types including extras character, detailed background prices etc. But excluding the Digital Sketch Commission prices and deadline cost.

• 15% off does not apply to characters that have intricate design. You still have to pay more depending on the complexity of the character’s design.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Payment method: Paypal & transaction fee must be sent in GBP currency. Can do bank transfer too only for the UK.

• Full payment must be made within a week after confirmation. I accept half payment after confirmation but you will have to pay fee again for the second half. Once I receive full payment commission will commence in the order list.

• No refund when I already started work or 50% of work is done. If I’m unable to do your commission I will refund.

• You will receive a full coloured character with a simple or transparent background. Piece will be mix of cell and soft shading.

• If character design has intricate design additional charges will be applied £+.

• One character per piece only for headshot commission. if you want additional character you will have to either go for halfbody or fullbody commission. Charges will be applied for additional character(s).

• Commission size will be no bigger than 1500x2000pxl with watermark.

• If using my work as a profile pic must credit me on profile description at all times.

• You are only allowed to use this commission for personal use. Commercial use is prohibited. If you like a commercial commission please fill in the form below for a quote.

• Send visual references and must be existing character design. I will not draw by descriptive details, mood board or create a new character for you. It will take up more of my time and I may decline your commission.

• Commissioners who don’t follow the terms will be blacklisted and will be passed on to another commissioner who follows the terms.

I will let you know when I get started on commission and give updates. It takes about a month or two (or even more) to get commission(s) done as I have my own projects I want to catch up on so I hope you understand. If you urgently need a commission done asap I recommend paying for the deadline cost. With that I can prioritise your commission and get it done asap.

Another thing to note:

Please respect what I offer and do not tell me to lower the prices. This has been carefully thought out and with past experience working on commissions I know what to price it as and how much I think my art is worth. I draw high quality art with lots of love and care on each commission piece. If you don’t see it you’re too young to understand.
